Registration is required. No one will be admitted to the sessions and/or exhibits without a registration badge. Please read the brochure completely.  MAIL EARLY ENOUGH TO REACH OUR OFFICE  BY FRIDAY, 10-15-10.  No reservations will be accepted via telephone. No refunds will be given for conference no-shows. All substitutions must be made in writing prior to 10-15-10. Your registration package will be waiting for you at the Crowne Plaza.
